1. Protocol Overview & Acceptance

Welcome to DOGI Flow ("Protocol", "we", "our", or "us"). DOGI Flow is a non-custodial decentralized rewards and community engagement protocol deployed on the Robinhood Chain ecosystem. By connecting your Web3 wallet, linking your 𝕏 (Twitter) account, or interacting with our smart contracts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Non-Custodial Architecture

DOGI Flow is strictly non-custodial. We never take custody of your digital assets, cryptocurrencies, or non-fungible tokens (NFTs). You remain in sole control of your private keys and Web3 wallets at all times. The protocol never requests, stores, or transmits your private keys or seed phrases.

3. 𝕏 (Twitter) Account Verification & OAuth Integration

Users may choose to authenticate via official 𝕏 (Twitter) OAuth 2.0 PKCE to participate in active profile verification ("Dogi Flex"):

• Read-Only Scope: Our application requests only read permissions (users.read, tweet.read) to verify public profile pictures and username handles.
• No Posting or Account Mutation: We will never post tweets, modify profile settings, follow accounts, send direct messages, or access private account communications on your behalf.
• Revocation: You can disconnect your 𝕏 account from the protocol or revoke access at any time through your 𝕏 security settings.

4. BONE Loyalty Points & Season Rewards

BONE points represent internal protocol loyalty score allocations earned through verified active participation and holding whitelisted digital collectibles:

• BONE points are utility and loyalty scores within the DOGI Flow ecosystem. They do not represent equity, shares, securities, or debt instruments.
• On-chain seasonal prize pool distributions from verified treasury contracts are subject to season rules, verified leaderboard standing, and on-chain protocol finalization.
• Accrual rates, token multipliers, and season durations are dynamically governed by the protocol rules and published transparently on-chain.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Sybil Policies

To maintain fairness across the community, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification from rewards and blacklisting:

• Operating automated Sybil bot rings or exploiting profile verification mechanisms.
• Reverse engineering or attacking protocol smart contracts, APIs, or database infrastructure.
• Engaging in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent token activity.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The protocol and interface are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not liable for any gas fees, wallet errors, network downtime, or losses arising from interactions with decentralized smart contracts or third-party indexers.
